Reason I gave 4 stars is that they have included other fabric of single ring holder in order to complete the quantity of the orders.I would appreciate more if they mentioned it or send a courtesy email if they decide to do that .Otherwise,quality of the merchandise did reached my expectation.Everyrthing went smoothly once I placed the orders.

The buying process was easy but getting anything done after that was very difficult. They would only email me back once a day in the early morning. So if I had additional questions I would have to wait until the next weekday morning. When I had a question Friday morning I did not hear back until Monday morning. After one week I was too frustrated and could not wait any longer for my logo mock up and canceled the order. They even blamed me once saying they did reply and to look in my spam box. There was nothing in my spam box. I felt like I was the one spamming and harassing them when I was just trying to just get some simple questions answered. I had already paid for the service and was not getting any service. I can’t imagine running my own business like that. No one should feel like that as a customer. Now have found better companies with quick customer service where I feel much more appreciated.
