I did not pay attention to the case NOT being able to stay propped open when ordering. Secondly it was nicked when I received it, the Black material pulled back/scrapped showing the card board. What INITIALLY interested me was it provided slots wide enough for STRETCHY band rings & it does hold them in place. It would be GREAT to have a WIDE band case with a SEE THRU top.

Ordering product is great but if you need to return something you have to pay the shipping fees which is more than the all products you ordered! Which sucks big time because then you are stuck with something that you can't use and then your out on the money that you sunk into the product!

I ordered some earring tags for my company and I approved a mock up but then an extra detail was added that I did not approve and this made the design unable to use by my company. I reached out to them and asked for a refund because on the packing slip it says you can get a refund within a certain period of time. They replied and said they can not provide refunds for custom print orders but it does not state this on the return policy. It simply says if you are not satisfied with your order you can be issued a refund. They offered me an exchange with a new design and I would pay for shipping which was kind of them, but the return policy should be more clear and state that custom orders are excluded from this. Very disappointed, not with the product, but with the lack of clarity.
