Return an Item

Oops! Did you order something that won’t work for you, or order more than you needed? No worries! Follow these three simple steps to return items.

Here’s what you need to do:

1. Return the unused item(s) in their original packaging within 15 days. Don’t forget to include a copy of your packing slip or order number so that we know who’s returning the item, and a quick note with the reason why you're returning the items. You will be responsible for all shipping costs.

2. Ship the package to:

3. We’ll issue a refund to you for the product cost when we receive the item back.
