I was using a black velvet display stand from Michael's, but its condition has deteriorated over the past two years and I grew tired of needing to raise the black point in my jewelry photos just to render the flaws invisible. This was my very first order with gems on display. I was a little confused however the website is very clear and descriptions are very informative. The pictures are very accurate.
