The only thing I would like to have seen done differently is that I did not receive notification when my order shipped. I contacted customer service several days after my order was placed to inquire about shipping status, and they responded quickly and courteously. I just think it would be better if they would automatically send out an email when the order ships. I am very happy with my purchase. The product is well made and exactly what I needed.

The design of this product is really aesthetically pleasing in the most simple, yet elegant manner. One can tell there was effort as it takes on the appearance of it being personally made. It is the perfect size for earrings and does not take up much space! The only thing I would caution others is that there might be a smell that comes from the product, but it can be removed- just takes a bit of work and it is something that is manageable. Overall, I really love it and I can’t wait to be able to put good use to it. Thank you!
