Great size and cost cannot be compared to retail jewelry boxes. The only thing negative is the drawer hardware does not line up on all the drawers. Other than that, the container is great.

I have purchased three jewelry organizers from Gems On Display and all three had quality issues. One had a missing foot, the screw coming from inside the box was missing so a foot couldn't be screwed onto it. That left it standing on three feet and rocking horribly. Another had a scrape on the top edge in the finish layer and the last which was ordered after the first two has a drawer that is extremely tight and will only fit in the one slot, not being interchangeable as the others are. As to service I cannot fault them, shipping is fast and they seem to be very reliable and accurate as to fulfilling orders. I ordered from them a second time as I was satisfied with the service even if the quality left something to be desired for the price. I feel that if I had desired to return the merchandise it would have been handled promptly and courteously but I don't have any way to ascertain that as the flaws didn't hamper my use of the items so I kept them. I would not be afraid to order from them again. Because of the quality issue I deducted one star
