I have just started my own jewelry business.
I had placed an order for some gem cases....not realizing that they would fit in this really cool display case. Within 30 minutes of ordering I realized this and sent an email asking if I could possibly add that display case to my order.
Not only did I get a response in a timely manner. It was taken care of immediate added to my order with rush shipping added as well.
I had my products within a few days..even with the crazy holidays. The products are amazing and the customer service is top notch!

We use the magnetic ribbon jewelry boxes exclusively.
Sometimes the pre-cut areas in the boxes we use for chain necklaces is not completely cut. I have to either cut it again or gently pull it apart. If you don't get it just right, it doesn't look good.
Another inconsistency is in the bows. We've received several shipments in which the glued on bows have fallen off.
We get lots of compliments on how we package our jewelry for delivery, and that is in part to YOUR product! I would love to give you a FIVE star rating if not for those inconsistencies in your product!!! Thank you for this opportunity
