Previously I have ordered large quantities of plastic jewelry trays from 2 other companies. In every order 25-33% of the trays would arrive broken. Even the replacements would arrive broken. With Gems on Display, at worst 1% of my orders arrive broken. Kudos to their shipping depargument staff.

I purchased a lovely wooden ring box with a tiny light mounted inside the lid that lights up whenever the box is opened. I saw similar boxes on sale at other sites for up to quadruple the price I paid on Gems On Display. Even with shipping figured in, the price was still cheaper on Gems On Display. My one complaint is that they didn't proactively provide a shipping date and tracking information. Once I asked for it, it was provided almost immediately, but it would have been nice if they'd have just gone ahead and let me know without me needing to ask. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints! Thanks again, Gems On Display! I love the box.
