I had no problem finding what I needed on the website and ordering it. And when I received my order I was extremely happy with the product. I just didn't like that there weren't shipping options, and it wasn't clear how long the available processing/shipping times would take. I needed the product within a week and since I couldn't select my preferred shipping I had no idea if my order would get here in time. I was relieved when it did, but still would rather avoid all the stress and wondering by having the option to choose faster shipping and understand processing times better.

I ordered several jewelry display items but I received the wrong color on one item. I gave a 5-star rating because of how the company handled their error. I called after hours to report the error and Paula called me back first thing the next morning. She prepared and emailed me a return label so that I could send the items back. She offered to overnight me the correct item as I was using the item for an event the following day. She went far beyond great customer service to keep me a happy customer and she seemed to have joy in doing so! I will continue to order from this company and without hesitation encourage people to do the same!

I have been searching for a jewelry box that would protect my gemstones, and not take up a lot of space for along time. I tried to contact Gems On Display through their website to ask questions about their products, but did not get a response. After waiting a couple weeks I decided to call, and I am glad I did. I started collecting watches and bought an inexpensive 12 chambered watch box from amazon. The felt wrapped "watch couches" that came inside with the box were the week spot of the whole beige interior. After googling "watch pillows" the best deal I was able to find was with Gems On Display, so I took a risk; it was only twenty bucks anyway. Delivery took longer than what I'm used to with Amazon Prime, but in the end the bracelet pillows from G.O.D. (lol) matched both in color and fit. Over all I'm happy with the transaction and plan on going back to GOD (lol). Now I can affordably dress up the presentation of some vintage inexpensive watches I plan on acquiring and give out as gifts.
