Even though I returned the products I was happy with the service. I returned the items that I purchased because they are for the professional market not for an individual person like me. I would suggest that they add commercial to their advertising and labeling.

I loved the multiple necklace holders I got. A friend shared them with me and when I went to the site I had a hard time finding them but perservance paid off! Maybe more key words for searching would help. If I didn't know they were there, I would have given up.

I was truly excited when I went online and found the "Classic Mannequin". I ordered it and couldn't wait to receive it. I was extremely disappointed when I received it and saw how very small the item was. The online picture was quite deceiving. I must say that it is solid, made out of good material, but after trying several of my necklaces (which were different lengths, even the shortest one was to long) I decided to put a pair of my earrings on it and call it a day. Once again very disappointed!!!!

Great service, most products have been exactly what I expected except for the earring cards and tags. The paper quality was poor and has not held up at all. Ask for a sample of paper before you print anything.
