I think your products are great. Your packing is great. The only thing that stops me from buying from you site more, is the high minimum spend to get free shipping. I would order much more often if I got a lower minimum for free shipping. Maybe you should offer repeat customers a free shipping coupon? I have placed multiple orders with you. I have my shopping cart full of items, but can't quite get to the $75. So, I have it saved, but will look elsewhere to see if I can find free shipping.

All items purchased arrived in good shape, only one display case had an issue as the pins were not in the hinges and the the inside piece that holds the case open when loading or pulling pieces out for customers wasn't screwed into the side. The box was sealed so I would think that was more of a problem with the manufacture than the distributor. I was able to fix the issue so no problems. Overall very satisfied, they arrived quickly. Thank you for the good experience.
