Great customer service!

I ordered several jewelry display items but I received the wrong color on one item. I gave a 5-star rating because of how the company handled their error. I called after hours to report the error and Paula called me back first thing the next morning. She prepared and emailed me a return label so that I could send the items back. She offered to overnight me the correct item as I was using the item for an event the following day. She went far beyond great customer service to keep me a happy customer and she seemed to have joy in doing so! I will continue to order from this company and without hesitation encourage people to do the same!

Great Jewelry Display Stands and Fast Service

i first ordered a few jewelry display stands and earring displays from Gems on Display two weeks ago. The shipment arrived in just a few days, and everything exceeded my expectations. The stands are well constructed and exactly what I wanted. So, two days later I ordered more, along with some new items. Everything was well packed and no problems. Received the boxes I need for multiple pieces of jewelry for easy viewing, in fact will be going back for easy earring storage. Prices are very good and can add a cloth in impede any tarnish issues. glad the cased are locked (not with key) so they can't accidentally open. would recommend these products in an instant.
