The quality of necks is not great. the white fabric covers is separating at the joints and the thumbscrew in the back are loose. It took me time to glue back the separating fabric and tighten the screws. One screw was not only loose but the hole was bad. So I had to screw it at a new place. .

I ordered linen displays and the prices were great , good quality but the shipping was $12 for $20 worth of goods . Good customer service they got in touch with me right away to let me know shipping . However if you are not in the 48 states (I am in Hawaii) It does not show the shipping charge so I had to contact customer service to find out the charge after I had placed the order. I will order again however as the prices are still reasonable etc..

This is a well constructed display box with one exception. The knobs are not equal to the remainder of the box. I would have given it 5 stars otherwise. I bought this for storage of my colored artist pencils & it works great. Pull out the drawers and use what you need. I am very pleased with this item.
