The first time I bought this, it arrived without the stand. I returned it without a problem and ordered another, and that one arrived just fine. I'm about to re-photograph all of my jewelry pieces, for my web store, and this is what I needed - a white, non-fuzzy, display. It also needed to be able to handle 28" necklaces.

Originally, I'd photographed everything on black velvet stands. Unfortunately, at high resolution - they show every,. tiny. little. piece. of . fuzz! So, I could either do them again, with the right backdrop, or spend several hours in Photoshop making corrections that would still only look half as good. Save your time - buy this.

I like the Hight, the color and the material that the bust is made from those are my pluses! the minuses are the stand and the way the bust conects to the stand! the bust is wabley and it is hard to get it tightened enough so that if it is windy it won't flip up and send your jewelry flying through the air!

I received the bust with a noticeable tear on the bottom of the display. It would have cost quite a bit for such an inexpensive item to return and wait for a replacement as I needed it right away. Disappointing but the shipping and packaging was great!

The fabric of the white cover was loose and unglued at many places. I had to glue and repair those places. The thumbscrew at the back were loose and on one of them I had to screw it in at a different place.
