Reliable, Good-Looking Case but Missing Velvet Insert

We've used these glass-front cases to store and carry Jewelry for close to 18 years. I own quite a few of them, and could swear that all my prior cases came with the velvet insert, which keeps the Jewelry from sliding around. My 6 new cases did not have the insert, which was disappointing. I left a VM with Gems on Display but have not yet heard back.
