Great customer service!
I ordered several jewelry display items but I received the wrong color on one item. I gave a 5-star rating because of how the company handled their error. I called after hours to report the error and Paula called me back first thing the next morning. She prepared and emailed me a return label so that I could send the items back. She offered to overnight me the correct item as I was using the item for an event the following day. She went far beyond great customer service to keep me a happy customer and she seemed to have joy in doing so! I will continue to order from this company and without hesitation encourage people to do the same!

My experience with gems on display has always been excellent. Paula is very courteous and processes the orders on time. The only drawback is the inventory stock. Basic items like ring trays and earring stand are very limited. Inventory control department has to pull up their socks big time as they are loosing sales every minute to other competitors.
